Top Six of 2008
As usual, this list is unfair to the artists that released stuff in 2008. I did not listen to much music released in 2008 but from the things that were released in 2008, this is what I liked.

Oh, how I wanted to like the Lost Wisdom more than this one. But I think this works better.

1. Tinyfolk - Sic Semper Equis
Pink Floyd's the Wall taught me to respect the concept album. Sic Semper Equis out shines the crazy diamonds with panic in the forest and the impending second millennium. Is this crystal-clear-lo-fi the future of folk music? This album caught my attention with the track "Thus Always Horses".

Oh it is so nice.
I bought this for my kids so that I could like the music they listen to.
They only listen to it just to humor me
